  11.         UltraSoft S.R.L grant you a non-exclusive license to use the 
  12. Software free of charge.

  14.         This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the
  15. laws of the Republic of Romania without application of that states
  16. choice of law provisions. Any actions arising from this license or the
  17. use of this software shall be commenced and maintained in Romania.

  21. Limitations on installation and use of UltraSoft Self-Extract Wizard

  24.         You may lend or copy and distribute UltraSoft Self-Extract Wizard
  25. free of charge to other persons provided always that the terms and conditions of
  26. this agreement accompany each copy so lent or distributed.

  28.         You shall not charge a fee, exchange goods or services, barter or
  29. otherwise profit in a commercial way from the lending, leasing, selling or
  30. distribution of UltraSoft Self-Extract Wizard.

  32.         You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
  33. dissassemble UltraSoft Self-Extract Wizard or create derivative works based on
  34. UltraSoft Self-Extract Wizard.

  37. Disclaimer of warranty

  40.         This software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any
  41. kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the
  42. implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
  43. purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of this
  44. software is with you. Should the software prove defective, you assume
  45. the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, and correction.

  47.         The Authors do not warrant that the functions contained in the
  48. software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program
  49. will be uninterrupted or error free.

  51.         Title, ownership rights, ownership of all derivative works,
  52. and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with
  53. the Authors. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual
  54. property laws and by international treaties. Title and related rights in
  55. the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable
  56. content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This license gives you
  57. no rights to such content.

  59.         The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply
  60. with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must
  61. destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation. Your obligations
  62. to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this
  63. Agreement.

  65.         UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT,
  66. OR OTHERWISE, SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON
  67. FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  68. OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
  69. GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND
  70. ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHORS
  71. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT THE AUTHORS RECEIVED
  72. FROM YOU FOR A LICENSE TO THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHORS SHALL HAVE
